Join us for an adventure of a lifetime in Jackson Wyoming!  "Jackson Hole", as it's often called, actually refers to an area which is a 50-mile-long valley surrounded by high mountains. Jackson is a popular tourism destination because of its proximity to Yellowstone & Grand Teton National Parks, its unmatched scenic beauty, the world-class skiing, and its western character.

Trip includes:
  • Round-trip air from Dulles to Jackson, WY
  • Round-trip bus transport from Jackson airport to resort condominiums
  • Welcome reception and area orientation
  • Seven nights accommodations at Teton Village Condominiums:
    • Condos are ski-in, located at the base of Moose Creek lift
    • fully equipped kitchens, living and dining areas
    • fireplace or wood stove, washer and dryer; some have a deck
    • complimentary skier's shuttle
    • includes access to Sundance Swim Club, with two jacuzzis
  • 6 day lift ticket (buy 5 days, get 6th day free) at Jackson Hole Mountain Resort
Jackson Hole Mountain Resort, located just 11 miles from the town of Jackson in Teton Village, boasts one of the longest, steepest, continuous vertical drops of any ski area in North America. They get people out on the hill with eight chairlifts, a gondola, and NEW 100-passenger aerial tram. The resort receives an average of 459 inches (that's 38 feet, or 11.6 meters!) of snowfall per year.

If that doesn't wear you out, there are many other things to see and do in Jackson. Like night skiing at Snow King Resort, also known as the town hill, which offers hourly lift tickets. The Town of Jackson has a great nightlife with a western flair; visit places such as: Silverdollar Bar, or the Million Dollar Cowboy Bar. And the famous Mangy Moose Restaurant & Saloon is in Teton Village.
Sleigh Rides: Solitude Cabin Dinner Sleigh Rides - Wrap up in lap robes and enjoy a memorable ride by horse-drawn sleigh along an alpine trail at Teton Village. Settle down to a hearty dinner in the comfort of Solitude Cabin.  OR: National Elk Refuge sleigh rides - Take a horse-drawn sleigh ride among an elk herd that may number between a few hundred and a few thousand animals. The rides take approximately one hour and provide close observation of bulls, cows, and calves as they feed, rest, and move about the area.

Possible day trips (additional cost):
- Grand Targhee Ski Resort.  On the western slope of the Tetons, Grand Targhee Ski Resort receives even more snow than Jackson Hole. Grand Targhee is routinely ranked among the top 3 resorts in North America in terms of snow quality and quantity. They offer lift service skiing on more than 300 groomed acres of trails.
- Snowmobiling in Yellowstone Park.  Sights to see: Old Faithful geyser, various hot springs, buffalo roaming free, and more.

Costs:
$1186 per person, six per 3BR condo
Deduct $245 for non-skiing package;
Deduct $399 if you're booking your own flight

There are two options for this trip: 2 weeks or 1 week. The 2-week trip is 10 nights in Innsbruck and 4 nights in Vienna. The 1-week trip is 7 nights in Innsbruck. Regardless of option, everyone departs on Feb 19. The 1-week option returns on Feb 27; the 2-week option returns on Mar 6.

Is this an awesome sightseeing trip with great skiing or an incredible ski trip with outstanding sightseeing? That’s for you to answer. Whatever the answer, you will be right.
We’ll be departing on a direct overnight flight from Dulles to Munich on Friday, February 19 in the late afternoon/early evening. Private bus transportation from the airport to our hotel in Innsbruck (about a 2 hour ride) is included.

The first destination is Innsbruck, the “Capital of the Alps”. Host of the Winter Olympics twice, in 1964 and 1976. Uniquely situated in the heart of the Tyrol region, Innsbruck is a great location to reach many skiing and sight seeing locations. Here we will stay for 10 nights (7 nights for those choosing the Innsbruck only portion of the trip) at the Hotel Innsbruck on the edge of the “Old Town”. This 4 star hotel will include ½ board (breakfast and dinner). There are 9 ski areas in the Innsbruck area served by 50 lifts. Free ski bus to these areas is a short walk from the front door of the hotel. We will also be taking day trips to Kitzbühel, St. Anton and Ischgl. These are huge, world-class ski areas that shouldn’t be missed. The cost for the transportation to each of these areas will be about $45.00 per person. Ski Pass for 5 of 6 days costs about $275.00. This includes all Innsbruck Ski areas, Kitzbühel and St. Anton.

What about non-skiers? We will also be running day trips to Salzburg, (Mozart’s birthplace, the Sound of Music, Hohensalzburg Castle). Salzburg trip $55.00 per person. Neuschwanstein (Ludwig’s Castle) and Oberammergau in Bavaria. Neuschwanstein and Oberammergau, $55.00 per person plus $9.00 for castle admission. Both of these trips would be on our own bus with an English-speaking guide. You may plan your own sightseeing trips as individuals or as a small group once you get to Austria to such destinations as Munich, Vipiteno and Balzano, St. Moritz and even Venice from local tour operators. Also available are city tours of Innsbruck & the Swarovski Crystal factory. Ride the Olympic Bobsled at night for $75.00. We can also have a Casino night at the Innsbruck Casino.

For those choosing only to enjoy the Innsbruck portion of the trip your bus departure to the Munich Airport will be on Saturday morning, February 27. Then a convenient, direct flight back to Dulles.

For those spending 10 nights in Innsbruck, we will then travel to Vienna by train in First Class accommodations. The extra room and reserved seating will be very nice for comfort and the panoramic view of the countryside. This is a scenic 5 hour and 15 minute train trip. Private bus from the Vienna train station to our hotel. We will stay at the Hotel Atlantis for 4 nights. This 4 star hotel will include a breakfast buffet. Enjoy Viennese cuisine for dinner at one of many restaurants. We will have a ½ day city tour with an English-speaking guide is included. There are many sights to see and enjoy while in Vienna. St. Stephens Cathedral, the Hofburg Palace, and Schloss Schonbrunn and the Lipizzaner Stallions at the Spanish Riding School to name a few. Day trips are also available on short notice for small groups. It’s also reasonable to do a day trip to Linz, Graz, Budapest, Hungary or even Bratislava, Slovakia. Trip to Budapest $80.00 per person on our own bus with an English speaking guide. The private bus will pick us up from our hotel to the Vienna airport. Then a direct flight back to Dulles.

Costs:
- 2 weeks: $2294 Per Person Dbl Occ.; $2672 Single
- 1 week : $1463 Per Person Dbl Occ.; $1713 Single
